MEG JONES – DIRECTOR (TEMPORARY DESK)

After graduating from Salford University and 18 months travelling around the world, Meg, originally from South Shropshire moved to Shrewsbury in 1998 and began her career in recruitment

Favourite aspects of the job:
“I love meeting new people and being able to help them, whether that be finding a candidate a job or a client a temp

Interests:
Skiing, scuba diving, mountain biking, motor biking, hiking and travel





RACHAEL STONE – DIRECTOR (PERMANENT DESK)

After graduating from university in Bristol, Rachael spent 14-months working in Hong Kong and travelling around the world. She then spent seven years working for an Investment Bank in London. Having returned to her home town of Shrewsbury in 2002 she set up Red Recruitment with Meg in 2003

Favourite aspects of the job:
“I genuinely enjoy building a rapport with clients and candidates alike and no two days are ever the same!”

Interests:
Cooking (and eating!) visiting new places, music, concerts and skiing



SHARON SMITH – PERMANENT CONSULTANT

Following a career in recruitment Sharon originally joined Red as an Administrator. She has recently returned to work following the birth of her daughter Alexandra and has very successfully moved into the role of Consultant.

“I really like the team atmosphere at Red in what can be a challenging industry”

Interests:
Her dog, travel, walking and going to the gym
